Damn, can't we ever get anything right?

Here we have this golden opportunity to bridge the digital divide by having affordable internet access for the masses in Uganda but somewhere, somehow, we find a way to screw it up.

At this rate, I don't see any reason for a qualified IT professional to overlook Rwanda which is doing a terrific job and go to Uganda.

wow, unbelievable finally we are getting high speed Internet in Uganda.Well Technology should everywhere in the world, that's my thoughts. It is a good sign of development but we have a long way to go. It pointed out that "Parliament should not held him responsible for any wrongdoing done before he came into the ministry".No no no, People in administration wants to sound like they unaware about everything and it their possibility to make sure all this problems are limited.

Look, now they are saying that they don't know about anything concerning this mess.I don't believe that. No one wants held accountable for anything as fare unfinished business is concern. Africans usually don't focus on any project without obstacles along the way. We all know that but whatever they are saying shouldn't be the reason.Maybe someone somewhere used the money we were suppose labour payments. We tends to use poor labour to save money and finishing up You will surprise when you visit one of this sites and they may not have any backup power.Remember we don't have enough electricity to run all these machines and security to make sure people don't mess up the wiring or equipments.

I am impressed by the Rwandans who working herder to make sure their place is competitive with other neighbouring Countries yet it is one of the smallest Country in East .We have to be serious about whatever we are trying to do.It is an interesting article and thanks once again.
